Returning Officer

Dr. Nicolai Lehnert - University of Kiel - Germany

Dr. Lehnert studied chemistry at the University of Düsseldorf,
finished his PhD thesis at Mainz University
and spent more than two years as postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University / California

Dr. Lehnert is qualifying as university lecturer at the University of Kiel - Department of Anorganic Chemistry.

We thank Dr. Lehnert for his readiness to act as independent returning officer
during the election of the ESPERE steering committee.

Polling Officer and Secretary

Dr. Eva Oberlander - Max Planck Institute for Chemistry Mainz - Germany

Dr. Oberlander studied chemistry at the St Petersburg Institute of Cinema and Television. A PhD in organophosphorus chemistry at the Staffordshire University, England followed by one year post-doc in pharmaceuticals, England. Since 1997 she is involved in atmospheric chemistry at the Max Planck Institute for Chemistry, Mainz and carries out measurements of atmospheric trace gases in Russia using the Trans-Siberian railroad.

We thank Dr. Oberlander for her work as polling officer during the election of the ESPERE steering committee
and the support of the ESPERE administration as secretary of the project.
