Climate Encyclopaedia

The master version of the ESPERE Climate Encyclopaedia is nearly complete. Please test it!

The encyclopaedia is accessible via the main page with two mouse clicks:

or directly at:

http://www.atmosphere.mpg.de/enid/1667

Contents and navigation will be subject to improvements during the next weeks and months following the scientific reviewing, school testing and also YOUR suggestions.

While the master is in English, some parts are already available in German. Our German users may follow the Link 'deutsch' on the front page http://www.espere.net .

Reviewing

In the name of our ESPERE team Sebastian Wypych from Cracow University is writing to many scientists and asking them for the review (of usually one page) of the master version. All of you are invited to forage for some articles of your interest and to give your opinion, via e-mail ....

either to Sebastian Wypych wypych@espere.net

or to Elmar Uherek uherek@espere.net

Interim Meeting Oslo

The ESPERE-ENC Interim meeting took place at Oslo University, Sept. 25th-27th. The editors team discussed the progress achieved so far and decided on further proceedings. The next tasks will be: internal proofreading as external reviewing of the pages, translation of sample units to the seven languages of the network and school testing.
